To My Classmates: It’s the Climb!

WOW, can you believe we’re almost done this course and our Master’s program????

Each time I’m on the computer in my room, Miley Cyrus’ new song comes on while my kids are watching the Family Channel and it never fails to remind that we are almost there. This song always gives me a good vibe and an outlook for the future. When you think about it (and taking some words right from the song), it is “the climb” that keeps us going, to see what’s on “the otherside”, “that dream” we are all dreaming, but we have to remember that this is not the end because there are “other mountains” we will want to climb - and that’s the beauty of it – it is the climb – Don’t you agree?

I have listened to this song countless times on the radio and never thought of it as applying to us. I will think of it differently from now on. We are almost finished our Masters!! It is something we should all be very proud of.

It is a fitting song for me to listen this late into the night. Thanks for posting it and thinking of us. I can not believe that we are almost complete. When we started, it seemed like it would be such a long time. Then we grew into a “family” and I am so appreciative to have met so many friends and know that the connection we have will definitly carry us beyond this course. We have all made huge sacrifices but know that they were not without rewards. Take care Grace and see you on July.
